  • Have you tried a Quest Bar yet? There's only 1g of sugar, only 3g active carbs, and they're high in fiber...This is going off of the Chocolate chip cookie dough one. Plus there's 21 grams of protein and they're delicious!
  • Have you tried Artic Zone ice cream? It's 150 calories per pint and it has a lot of protein. Try putting some quest bar into it like the chocolate chip cookie dough (which you can bake into cookies) and you have a healthy treat!
  • I have about 1/2 a scoop of whey vanilla protein (body fortress) in the morning combined with 1/4 cup oats, 4 strawberries sliced up, about 1 Tbsp of almond, walnut, and pecans. It's delish! Since I don't really like having shakes! :)
