Yes I use the run keeper app to help me when I am walking. It tells me how far I have walked and how many calories that I have burned. I have real player on my laptop and I do tae bo basic exercises and also standing ab crunches every day. I have severe osteoarthritis in my knees so it is hard for me to try and get on the…
