  • It really depends on how many I have burned. If I am out for a 16mile run then I plan on consuming at least an extra 1000 calories even if I burned 3000+. But on my normal days or days I don't work out I try to end the day with 400ish left over. That gives me a next somewhere in the 1500 range and I am droping the weight…
