it is a great workout.. however I couldnt do the 7 days a week thing cause my knees were killing me.. so I am doing it 3 days a week. and it is great workout and really works u hard... I found mine at target for 9 bucks so really not too expensive.. good luck..

i try to remember this is a life style change and not a diet.. so yes I think if u love ice cream u should treat yourself to it.. not every night or a huge bowl but the important thing is to remember all in moderation.. makes me sad when i hear people say I cant have ice cream or anything u love ever again ... unless it is…

try to make those snacks healthier.. I know it is hard. and I know sometimes I think well if no one sees it then no calories.. but I have been trying to be more honest with myself and with my diary about putting stuff on it.. so what it I go over my calories.. at least I put it on there and that is a start. as for exercise…

I am in my 6 day of the 30 ds. and it is a great workout. the only equipment u need are weights.. I have 3 pounds weights. I bought my copy at target on sale for 9.00 dollars I cant tell u results yet but quite a few people have had great results. What I like about it that it is only 20 minutes and yes she kicks your butt…

I went to a local consignment shop. since I know I want to lose more weight and didnt want to spend alot of money.. or walmart.. u can always find sales there... I also went thru my closet. if it was too big.. I took it to the consignment shop to sell.. and also found alot of clothes that fit in my closet... or another…
