try a walking dvd at home.. works great when the weather or little guy wont cooperate.. I love leslie sansone they are great and u get a great workout at home

3rd shifter here.. I just go back and log it on the previous day as my dinner.. since that is what it is.. I dont think it would matter.. what ever u feel works for u.. I know for me it is hard.. like today I get off at 6 am and then sleep for awhile get up have breakfast and to stay on track about an hour and half later…

stayed the same weight this week.. had a bad week.. was sick and my sinuses have been killing me and cant breath.. but I did do the challenge.. just didnt get on here everyday to check in... feeling better so back on track monday.. hope everyone had a great week.

sorry dont have time to post all my stats today.. but I did the push ups everyday but wednesday... long day and long staff meeting.. didnt get vegies and fruits in everyday but that was a great challengne and reminded me I need to work more on that.. water no problem.. ok did well yesterday.. burned 708 calories.. and had 16 cups of water.. today only did 88 calories... also mowed grass for 1 1/2 hours... and 6 cups of waters...

ok today I burned 418 calories with step aererobics and 16 cups of water.. GO TEAM RED

ok didnt get any where near the 5000 calories... did only about 700 but on to next week I will do better.. today I weigh 194.4 so had a little weight loss. from vacation gain.. hope everyone has a great week..

diet sodas have lots of sodium... which is not good for u.. there was a great article here somewhere in the forums about diet soda. I am sure u can also google it and find it.. was very eye opening.. I dont drink diet soda but my husband did.

after not losing any weight last week.. glad to report today i am 190.0... so happy have about 4 weeks to lose 10 pounds.. dont know it is going to be close losing 50 pounds before I turn 50... but I am not giving up.. hope everyone has a great day
