    Awww...hmmm...mini-challenge...it's hard without knowing the fitness level of everyone or what they normally do. How about something that many of us, me included, forget to do. Let's try to get in 15 minutes of stretching each day...and, yes, you do burn calories stretching. By the time you stretch all of your major muscles for 30 seconds each, two sets will give you your 15 minutes.

    Hey all...just checking in to see how everyone is doing with the stretching mini-challenge? Let me be the first to admit that while it's my challenge, I totally SUCK at getting it done! Someone really needs to kick me in the a**. I know it's a good thing; I know my body needs it; I need to be like Nike and JUST DO IT!

    I stretched a bit most days but was useless most of the week due to a crippling migraine :-( So the occasional stretches was it for exercise for a week.

    Great challenge though!

    back on track after vacation.... weight this week is urrgghh is 198.2 so back to basics..
