You have been doing so phenomenally; don't let that tiny bit get you down...drink some extra water and try again tomorrow morning ;-)0 -
Sorry for the delay was having computer problems yesterday...
k2quire - you are this week's winner! :-) percentage of 1.09 lost :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:
I hope that you get over your bug quickly!
Mroger - you finally prove you are human! Don't worry about it this week. Just keep going and the scales will head in the right direction again :happy:0 -
Thanks! I'm so sad that this thread is only active for weigh-ins. It seems everyone is always gung-ho at the beginning of a challenge and nearly dead by the end. Those of us who are sticking it out should be really proud of ourselves for that fact!0

I know what you mean... was tried to do a quiz thing but nothing happened so let it drop. I also know that i haven't been on here as much as I could have and will try to change that.
I love doing challenges because of the banter and support you get from people.
So, k2quiere, as the winner of the weight in, what's the mini challenge for this week?0 -
This week's challenge is to really challenge yourself to push harder in your workouts. At the end of the week, I want to hear one exercise-related NSV where you have either tried something new or significantly pushed yourself in something that you already do in your workouts. For example:
I have never run before EVER, and last week I increased my run from .25 of a lap to .5 of a lap, running .25 of the mile I completed.
I will not count that for this week, but that is an example that really happened last week.
Let's see what we CAN do instead of focusing on what we can't!0 -
Still 137lb0

Fab challenge! Thank you! :-)0

Hi, just to let everyone know that I'm not going to be online until late tomorrow so won't be announcing last week's winner until Tuesday :-)
Good luck with the weight loss!0 -

Looking forward to another great mini challenge from you for this week!0 -
I weighed in EXACTLY the same again, booooooooo. 137.3lb
I eve started counting in points of a lb, as weight is coming off so slow0 -
Oh wow!
Hey BJ...I hope you are measuring yourself so that you have another way of tracking your progress to not get too discouraged.
Challenge for this week: Over the course of the week I want you to do 100 of one of the following exercise that you don't NORMALLY do: crunches, jumping jacks, push ups, squats, front lunges (50 each leg). I know that those of us who have stuck with this challenge probably do many of these, but I would hate to exclude anyone. If you already do all of them, then add 100 (for the week) to what you already do.0 -
FAB challenge!0
-
Weigh-in for 10/15: 303.2 I just couldn't take Friday's weight, as I was so bloated I wanted to scream! I feel much better now and am at a weight that makes sense looking at how the rest of the week had gone.0
