It seems to be getting a little quiet on here... where'd you all go?

Awww...hmmm...mini-challenge...it's hard without knowing the fitness level of everyone or what they normally do. How about something that many of us, me included, forget to do. Let's try to get in 15 minutes of stretching each day...and, yes, you do burn calories stretching. By the time you stretch all of your major muscles for 30 seconds each, two sets will give you your 15 minutes.0

I stretched a bit most days but was useless most of the week due to a crippling migraine :-( So the occasional stretches was it for exercise for a week.
