    Tausha- The spreadsheet you emailed out was great!

    I did a lot of experimenting so I could help Tausha figure out how to post a spreadsheet here. I think I finally have it! I took the information from the spreadsheet she emailed out earlier. For those who missed weigh-ins, I just filled in the most recent weights so that I could calculate pounds lost accurately with a formula. I didn't use hers because I wanted to fit it all on one page.

    Thanks my Purple Pretties for the encouragement. Tausha, I guess I messed up but I thought I posted my weight for last week. I lost 1.2 lbs so I am down to 171.8. Big whoops on my part I guess. Also, way to go Keerti this morning weighing in 2.8lbs lighter! Woo hoo!

    And Karen-the spreadsheet looks great!

    9/15- 8 OF 5O CUPS OF WATER DONE, PUSHUPS DONE, DID NOT MEET FRUIT AND VEG TODAY, LOGGING DONE AND WORKOUT #1 FOR WEEK DONE

    9/16- NOW AT 16 OF 50 CUPS, PUSHUPS DONE, SADLY I DID NOT MEET THE FRUIT AND VEG AGAIN TODAY, LOGGING DONE AND WORKOUT #2 DONE.

    9/17- 26 OF 50 CUPS OF WATER, PUSHUPS DONE, STILL ONLY 3 FRUITS :( (I AM STOCKING UP ON FRESH STUFF TOMORROW), LOGGED EVERYTHING, WORKOUT #3 DONE (IT WAS SHORT BUT I SQUEEZED IT IN BETWEEN KIDS GAMES AND OVERTIME)

    9/18- TODAY WAS A WASH, IT WAS MY DAY OFF AND I WAS A TOTAL SLACKER!! :)

    No Tara, my name is Keerti :). Did. I said somewhere that it is. I use mostly iPad and iPhone to write all this and sometimes. The spell check just screws me.

    I did a triple class today just thinking that it is Wednesday to catch up with my goal of 5000. Thanks for letting me know. And for awesome support.

    First of all I corrected my log day from 19 th to 18 th . It was a pain in you know where. But i did it. FYI i was an hour late loggin in food yesterday and accidently logged food in 19 instead of 18th . My bad but been corrected. I would go crazy if I wouldn't.
    So now Checking in for today:

    9/15 - 45 pushups, 5 f&v, 14 cups water, all food logged - cals burned 1424
    9/16 - 60. Pushups, 5 serv F&V , 14 cups water, all food logged - cals burned 520
    9/17 - 45 pushups, 7 serv F&V , 14 cups water, all food. Logged, cals burned 708
    9/18 - 60 pushups, 5 serv F&V, 17 cups water, food logged an hour late so logged in wrong day, have to fix it. Cals burned - 985
    9/19 - 45 pushups, 5 serv F&V , 16 cups water, food all logged, cals burned - 1174

    And yes I did loose 2.8 lbs I guess when I weighed this morning. For my other challenge and it's all because of the support I get here.

    wow! everyone is doing well this week! apart from me! lol! doing rubbish on the food challenge! not so bad on the pushups and water! must try harder! i think this will be my weakest week yet! but then i expected that after my weekend shennanigans! plus im away as of thursday! my mother in law is getting married sat! so will be good foodwise but wont be able to update much!

    Yea! I finally got back in!! :laugh:

    Update: I've been keeping up with 30 pushups p/day & at least 5 servings of fruits/veggies every day except for last Saturday. It was my rest day & since we took the Kitties to the V-E-T, after that traumatic experience, we got them home & spent the day on the couch cuddling with them & watching movies... needless to say, the only thing I accomplished was drink water (since I'm a water-drunk :drinker: :tongue: )
    I've also been logging everything, everyday... Including my terrible Saturday - but not worried, it's a one-day-downfall that won't soon be repeated!
    I'm trying to log ahead of time to try to keep more accountable: today is Day 2, so far so good :wink:

    I'll read through everyone's progress tonight (hopped on quickly at work to update) - hope you're all doing well :flowerforyou:

    I'm finding that, although I thought I was getting enough fruits and veggies...I really wasn't. It's been difficult to get the 5 servings in each day.

    Just checking in for Team Blue...

    Sorry ladies, I've been lax on the challenges this week. I'm still getting my exericise in but have faultered on the fruits/veggies & logging. I usually get my exercise logged (since I workout early in the a.m.) but by the end of the day am too tired to jump on the computer. I've done push ups, but not consistently and not the 30 per day. My water intake is still pretty good. Probably averaging about 9 cups a day. The week's been a little crazy and these next few days will remain as such. Just getting bogged with homework and tests for school...and feel like I'm still trying to get my old brain into the swing of things. I guess we'll see how it all pans out on Thursday's weigh in...not looking forward to that. :/

    I'm still in this...as much as I can be!!!
