WEEK 2 UPDATE:
Water- 18 cups
Cals burned- 1000, only 140 to go!
Found out that I'm pregnant so I'm not sure how serious I can take the exercising side of this challenge but I'm hoping I can continue to keep up!

I have not gotten in nearly as many workouts this week as I would have liked to. I was sick for the first for seven days of this weeks challenge so that put a bit of a damper on things. I am doing really good on my daily water intake and my weigh-in this morning was looking pretty decent, so I am hoping it will reflect the same or better tomorrow for the official weigh-in!
I love going through and reading all of your daily water and calorie burn updates. They are always so motivating! Keep it up ladies...we can do this!0 -
Just wanted to share I can now run for 3.5 miles, 45 minutes straight through..hoping and praying I can afford to sign up for my Halloween 5K to RUN for the first time! Everyone, keep rockin your goals, remember! Tomorrow is our official weigh in for those that do..think of it as a last chance workout! I ran this morning, and will get ripped tonight..maybe squeeze in some wii if i feel extra frisky lol0

I have burned 1,935 calories so far this week ! And going to get another workout in tonight ! I am doing better this week with workout out and getting back on track ! Go Team Purple !0 -
This is my update for this past week since I won't be working out again tonight (
). But I do get to go to my Mum's for dinner (salmon & salad, our FAV!!!)

Grand Total = 5757, 243 short of my goal :ohwell: I'm not using this as an excuse, although aside from an old injury in my thigh acting up, I also discovered that I am more fit than I was a couple months ago. As hard as I'm trying to push my heart-rate up, it rarely goes above 140-150 doing hard-core cardio (this included the arc trainer with resistance & incline at the gym!). This is not a bad thing, but it means that I won't be able to get magnificent calorie burns in like I used to!

Didn't reach my goal and I think it's a little unrealistic for me. I worked out HARD everyday except Sunday for at least an hour if not an hour and a half (we won't tell my husband that today's was 2 and 1/2 hours-he'd kill me!). So, next week, 4000 will be my goal. It's attainable, I have to push myself a little to get it but I can still have a little bit of a life! Good luck on weigh-in's tomorrow!
