    I did not do well on the 5000 cals burned for last week.
    My goal for Week 2 is 2340.
    I am weighing in at 234.1

    I have not seen any post from anyone on Team Green, Have I been missing them? Is there a spreadsheet to look at?

    Might get confusing if posted on here Suzanne. I do like the idea though, if your team wants to do it. I think maybe you could do it through private messaging just to your team mates only ?? That's if they want to participate that is.

    I've not seen much from the green team either. However, if we don't see them around, I will add you to another team. They have until Saturday at noon to check in.

    I am sorry they are not participating as much as we would like. If I don't hear from them I promise I will add you to a more supportive group!

    Oh and I almost forgot... You can view your team members on this thread on page 3 or 4... I can't remember exactly.

    I will be posting the first spreadsheet on Sunday! :)

    687 calories burned today! Quite pleased with this amount for day 1

    8 cups of water down the hatch!

    Hey all- weighed in at 186.8 this morning, so up a bit but it's fine. So my burn goal for the next week is 1870!

    Checking in for day 1 week 2 - drank 11 cups of water - it was hot hot hot here! Also I did burn 372 calories doing housework but I'm not going to count it towards the challenge - today was an exersize rest day for me - I needed it after last week!

    Hi everyone,

    I just really need to say thank you to Tausha for starting this. I was feeling so discouraged and out of control. I was terrified that I was on the threshold of gaining ALL of my weight back!!! Now, I feel great!! It is amazing what one week of working out really hard can do to all of your hormones and endorphins!

    I worked out last night so normally I wouldn't have gotten up early today, but I did and went to the Y. While I was there I did an extra 20 minutes, because of all of you!!

    I agree with you Donna, I feel the same way - I've been having problems for months not being able to get back on track but I'm feeling hopeful and positive now. Thanks Tausha!!
