Just finished my UFC trainer workout.. 134 calories burned.. makes my new total 715. Far from 5000 but I'd like to get to 2000 but check in time, I'm gonna work towards that!! :O)

Can you tell me what your UFC Trainer workout is? Or where to get it? I know my Baby Sis is going to loan me her Rush Fit (which I am SUPER excited about!), but I love kickboxing & martial arts, so if there are more awesome workouts out there, I'd love to check them out

Hey! It's a video game for the xbox actually. I had the biggest loser and I loved it so I wanted to try out something different. The UFC trainer is ok but its mostly strength training from what I could tell so far...I liked the variety more on the biggest loser and the trainers were better on the biggest loser, the guy on UFC seems pretty stiff. I really got it because I thought my boyfriend would like it better and we could do it together lol. It's always fun to try something different :o)

I will be doing the same thing again tonight and tomorrow! Let's kick it TEAM YELLOW!!:drinker:

We won't discuss the food intake for today (ha! I didn't log it either!) but I'm not gonna worry about it. Will get a good workout in tomorrow then spend several hours cleaning my house in preparation for the luncheon I'm having here on Wednesday. Won't be around much the next 2 days but I'm here in spirit! Go team Orange!

First of all...everyone is doing awesome!!! so WTG!!

Suzanne-you are so close...you will for sure make it...awesome! and extra awesome about staying under while still eating a buffet! that is easier said then done! YAH! :drinker:

CC(sorry I have your name written down at home...since you are on my team and all!)-CONGRATS on starting the C25K..I hear that is a great program, and starting (even if you didn't do it exactly the way intended) is the first step to finishing it! WTG! :drinker:

Tausha-you can do it!!! I am not a runner by any means...but I have officially completed 2 10K obstacle runs to date!!! You will have em done in no time!

Renee-you know I luvya girl....YOU"VE GOT THIS!!! WOOT!

AFM(as for me)-I have one 30min walk in so far tonight at work...plus 500 of my 1277 BMR burnt so far with about 9 hours to go, so as long as I can get in 2 more 30 min walks and keep goin at the pace that I am at now...I should be able to add a decent cal burn to today! *here's to hoping*:smooched:

Ran my 2nd 5K yesterday. Finished in 34:30. I'm not fast, but I did shave a minute off of my finish time from the 1st one I ran (35:44). So I'm happy about that! And I did wear my HRM so I'd know how many calories I burned!
