I love Jillian Michael's No More Trouble Zones. I stopped doing it for about a month and then did it again this week. I was really sore. For an average work out person like me, it is a great work out.

People often comment to me! I just say thank you, I worked very hard to get here!

I'm still here 3 months after reaching my goal! It helps me to know when I've had enough or even if I need more calories in the day.

I think it is doable but better to loose it more slowly. I lost 42 pounds in 7 months, but if I were to do it again I would go slower. It is hard to be patient at the beginning though, ...you want to see those results right away! Better to work steadily and patiently at it!

I don't know most of those, but I have had a lot of success with No more trouble zones. A very good work out! At least for me it is!

If it is not interfering with your weight loss, I don't think an occasional splurge will hurt, but piling my plate with salad has helped me deal with a situation like that... and I don't know if you are a gum chewer, but I have relied heavily on chewing gum to satisfy my craving for taste when there is always food around…

My son is a cross country runner and has worn only Brooks Adrenalin for 7 years now. He has gone through quite a few pairs but puts ALOT of miles on each one!

As far as tracking it on here - I just guess (a little high) and put it in as a calorie figure. It is not like you do it every day.

This has worked for me ...fill your plate mostly with fruit salad, and then take small little samples of whatever else looks good to you. Find someone to talk to and eat slowly, then stay away from the food table.
