My diet is always changing depending on if im trying make weight or cut weight :P so i take in anywhere between 1500cals to 3000cal if im trying to put on and almost 200g of protein with high cardio work outs 5-6days a week with weight training 2-3 times. Its tough but this site helps a lot with keeping track :happy:

Even after i met my goal my weight it still does that i go between 3-8lbs. Most the change is from water weight :tongue:
