There is a class at my gym that I have been thinking of trying but I was afraid I would fall flat on my face lol so I looked it up on youtube and the steps dont look that hard. I tried a few and it was fun.

I reciently got some new asics. I went to Nordstrom to look and the sales people there were really helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up paying a bit more than I would have at other places but I felt it was worth it to get the help. Good luck

Thank you very much everyone! I feel so much better after reading all of your kind words. I have been tracking my calories on my bad days aswell as my good days. I figured that way I can look back and remember. I thought if I dont record this then that could lead to giving up and I am NOT willing to give up.
