I log everything.... if I eat it I log it. As for exercise, I log everything I do too and I don't eat it back, I count it as a deficit benefit; I only eat it back when I'm maintaining because then I don't need the deficit. In the end though, its a matter of personal choice and responsibility - what works for you xx

I get this a lot too... I have some really supportive friends who I know are pleased for me , but I also have friends /colleagues who are still saying this even though I've been maintaining well and haven't lost for 3 months now. NOOOOOOO. Dont cut it short - your hair is lovely. I had butt length hair,on advise from a hairdresser, had it layered, then layered shorter until it was all gone - I so regretted it. My hair grows really fast but I've never managed butt length again - think very hard before you let anyone cut more than a trim xxxx

Every day, first thing. I like to know the fluctuations and relate them to what I've eaten-sodium etc. No nasty surprises then x And I log too.. shows the patterns x

Just log everything you eat accurately, and you'll find you want to keep those numbers right so much that it keeps you on the wagon, stick in there, you dont have to much to lose, could be just about there by Christmas ans the party season xx
