You are soooo right about the shoes! I've always struggled finding shoes I like that fit properly, so I usually just put up with whatever feels wrong about them. It's under settings - it says "Update diet/fitness profile." I changed the fitness level to see what would happen, then changed it back. But I'm 4 pounds less than last week, so maybe it lowered my calories because of that. I guess what that made me wonder is, should you update it every time you change something, or just…
