Finally found time to post on here - I will be hit and miss as I'm a carer for my partner but getting some time out twice a week to exercise - feel so much better for it too. Smashed my steps today by doing boogie bounce this evening. Normally around 2000 - 3000 but today 7402 - result 😆

Hi I had the Mirina coil fitted 2 years ago - no weight gain apart from self inflicted - wine, takeaways you know the score 🙈 don't be put off having it fitted, best thing I ever had done. It has changed my life. No more heavy periods it's just bliss 👍

Week 1 weigh in 207.2 Weigh in date Fridays Have just started Boogie bounce once a week and Abs Conditioning once a week. Rest of week is normal 15-30 minutes of dog walk 😊

It’s a vicious cycle. Exercise usually helps sleep better too. I’ve been having trouble sleeping too lately.
