  • I used to gain a lot-around 10 pounds, but now I have a woosh loss of about 5lb before my period, and then gain maybe 2lb during it, and lose it the last day... I really watch my sodium around TOM and make sure I am getting plenty of water! Honestly, though, I have no idea if that helps/effects that though.
