That's why people drink alcohol through a straw because you drink faster. Be careful though, it's easier to drink through a straw because you can still breathe. But you're also sucking in air while drinking. It makes you bloated and yucky feeling if you do that too much.

I have to agree with Ali, I don't want people to see me walking. I don't think it's shallow, it's a self concious thing with me. I don't have kids, but my sister swears her hips are un even from carrying kids on her hip...Her oldest is 16 and the youngest is 5 so basically for the past 16 years she has since she still carries the youngest sometimes.

I have the same problem. I can have 600-800 calories left and still over protein. I know that sounds like I'm exagerrating, but it's real. I'm struggling with it.
