All of your answers are in your statement. You've admitted that you control your not working out with "excuses. My suggestion is to start eliminating the excuses (it may be difficult) and reverse your mind set. Practice the opposite of the excuses and start eliminating them. The greatest thing about exercising is when you…

It looks to me like you're taking in more calories than you burn... and being stationary only complicates your issue. There's not much you can do about your job mechanics but if it were me I'd increase the amount of calories I'm burning per day, increase my fruit and veggie intake.. and maybe cut back on the processed…

One pound equals 3500 calories..:noway: so in order to reasonably "lose weight" there would have to be a deficit of what is taken in vs what is "burned".. also, salt and sugar intakes should be monitored / dieted to make things work.:noway: among others factors...  The real key is ...stay…

The calorie count doesn't change:smile: when you eat at different times or in specific order...:noway: What does change is your ability to burn the calories.. so try not to eat close to the time you are ready to sleep... it promotes the "storing" of calories ... as Fat  Other then that.... Enjoy your…

The normal formula is to burn (use up during the day) more calories then you take in ... so, just stay active , exercise routinely and the weight will fall off normally... and stay off longer..

It happens to me all the time... I normally nibble on my personal trail mix (unsalted pretzels, unsalted dry roasted nuts, cheerios, cheezits, almonds and walnuts. One or two handfuls usually does it (I estimate 150cals). Other times I snack on watermelon or salads.

First off you may want to consult with your Dr. and / or a dietician.. What I've done for myself is cut down on my sodium and sugar intake. Eat more fruits , veggies , nutz etc. Give your body a chance to re-adjust to your new diet and life habits. And don't forget to get plenty of rest ...(that gives…
