Use mostly veggies vs fruits... Fruits have sugar (natural) and tend to have more calories. My favorite cleanser drink is 1 beet, 1 lemon, bunch of parsley, 1 cucumber, and ginger root. Start by doing what you say you're going to do! Motivation increases with reputation, the trick is to fight the feeling to put off or procrastinate. You just have to work through it ... remember... the sooner you start ... the sooner you'll finish and each time you do you build your confidence and motivation a little more.…

Try weighing a controlled weight on your scale. Weigh something you know the weight of and that will at least show you how far your weight is off or if it is accurate.
