  • Thanks - I needed this for today. I am motivated to exercise but I do feel sooo much better and HAPPY when done. I am proud of myself and tend to eat great for the rest of the day. The reminder of why we all do this is great.

    It is supposed to rain so I'll probably doing some WII boxing. It helps get some aggression out too.
