Hi, Im Vickie. I live in Northeastern Indiana about 20 miles west of Fort Wayne and 15 miles east of Warsaw in a little town named South Whitley. I joined MFP last year and then left for a while. But I'm back and want to continue on to my goal. Thanks for starting this group. Glad I found it.

173. No change. I guess that is better than a gain. Wanting to lose the last few pounds of my mini goal of 20 pounds lost by May 1. Didn't quite make it. I am going to do better this month and I am going to exercise more than 30 minutes a day. Good luck everyone!!

I don't have any pictures but I will add my mesurements. Hips- started 49 present- 47 Waist started 40 present- 37.5 Calf- started 16 present- 15 Thigh- started 29 present- 27 thanks for all you are doing Vic. You look amazing.

Gained a pound this week. Not too bad. Will work extra hard this week to get it plus 1 or 2 more off. Did go down an 1 inch in the hips though. Keep up the good work everyone. 175.0

When I lose 20 lbs I am getting a massage. I have not had one since before my daughter was born 14 years ago. When I lose 30 lbs. Mini vacation for me! When I lose 40 lbs. Summer clothes When I lose 50 lbs. Another tattoo

I have tried the 10 lb total body slimdown and the 10 lb lower body slimdown. I like both of them. I also like chris frytags(sp) walk and sculpt and she has another walking and toning workout that is good as well.

Thanks This will be great!! I always get my exercise in first thing in the morning. Then I feel great the rest of the day. My energy is up and I am feeling stronger everyday. Best of luck to everyone here. Will you be posting our progress in a chart each week?

I have wii fit plus. You do need the balance board with this game. I love the free step. I can watch tv while I'm exercising with the wii. the remote keeps track of your steps and time for you. I use a set of hand weights along with it to tone my arms at the same time. good luck I'm sure you will enjoy it.

I saw some cute suits at walmart last evening. But have not bought a new suit yet. I have a summer skirt that I tried on the other day. It is still tight, but my goal is to look good in it by memorial day. I seem to be losing more in my shoulders and chest area than in my hips and thighs. At least it feels that way to me.…

I am going to stop being negative about new things. I am going to start exercising 60 minutes a day instead of 30 minutes. I know I will see better results.

Weighing in today! 3/17-180.6 3/24-178.6- whoo hoo!!! two pounds down!!
