I have seen these little extenders for the bra band they basically add 3-4 notches to the clasp might work for your smaller size bras to give a little more room in the circumference but not the cup?

This exactly! Deep clean days that last 4+ hours and make you hot sweaty and sore and get your heart rate up should be logged IMO. But I never eat back my exercise calories...EVER so I feel like even if I'm wrong it's not gonna hurt because I didn't overeat thinking I had all these extra calories because of it.

I weigh 223 right now and am on week 3 of alpha phase. It's a tough workout for sure but Tania the modifier is always on screen giving low impact options when you just can't keep up with the main workout. Give it a try! It feels so good to finish it every day!
