I'm in too! Finished alpha in July but then decided to focus more on getting my diet down pat and start alpha over again when I was ready...I'm down 40 pounds now so I think it's time to start kicking my butt in gear :) add me if you like!

Original joes turkey club wrap ... 1200 freaking calories!! Luckily it was so tasteless and soggy I didn't even eat half of it...made me feel better when I got home and checked the nutrition info...and never again will I order in a restaurant without checking first!

But does it affect weight loss? What I mean is, at this point I'm at an obese level 1 BMI, if I'm just looking to lose the bulk of my weight to start with, does the macro content really matter? Could I worry more about that once I get closer to goal and am looking more to recomp and build muscle?

I was,at a Tupperware party the other night and we took a group picture, later on I got a notification saying I was tagged in a photo on Facebook and immediatley panicked (as usual)...turns out the picture isn't half bad :) first time in a VERY long time that I have felt good about any picture of me! *happy dance*

I love how many of the responses here are people telling this obviously anorexic person to try IF ... No, just no. Eat food please! I found a really great organic coconut oil spray at costco yesterday that worked perfectly on my thai turkey meatballs lastnight to keep them moist and get them golden while baking off and it was only about 5.50 for a 2 pack of them :)

Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle with a seasoning, I like the clubhouse Greek one or a lemon herb mix, if it's not for the kids I'll do paprika and cayenne pepper, Montreal chicken spice etc. so many choices :)

Funny thing is...you can download them all for free from torrent websites...that's what I did...um errrr no I didn't....even comes with the PDF workout schedule ;) my sister in law is a beach body coach so whenever I get FRs I just tell them I already have a coach and they leave me alone :)

For me I think it has to do with how much crap I was eating before, 2-3 litres of Pepsi a day, 1/2 a family size bag of chips in the evening, fast food etc, it's all so high in calories and you only feel full for 1/2 an hour then you are hungry again...vicious cycle so it's easy to stuff 3000+ calories in your face every…

^^Yep... Try to stay away from processed meals like this whenever possible, holding on to water weight makes stepping on the scale no fun.

I just finished the 1st phase of T25 (alpha) and I loved it, I am very overweight and have trouble with my knees and found that the modifier was perfect for me, I lost 14 pounds and 15" overall in the 5 weeks :)

I've heard that costco carries a black bean pasta that is really yummy (my girlfriend and I were just talking about it yesterday) and it's got the extra protein from the beans, I'm definitely going to be trying that one soon :) ^^^ hahahaha we posted about the black bean pasta at exactly the same time ;) nice

I'm am/was a Pepsi addict to the core (2-3 litres a day!) so now I don't keep it in the house at all and my treat is a small 8oz Pepsi Slurpee from 7-11 60 cal but high in carbs/sugar so only about 2 a week :)
