If I have to do fast food, I do subway veggie, KFC two leg meal with corn and cole slaw or McDonald's cheddar and onion burger with fries or in the summer time instead of fries I get the vanilla cone. As long as you work it in your calories count , it will be fine.

I do cardio on different days 3 times a week. Most days I eat anywhere from 60 to 75 % of my exercise calories.

I try to stay away from processed foods weight watchers and lean cuisine meals because of the sodium. Some days I do salads or steamed vegs and a grilled or baked chicken. Homemade soups work. My goal is lose another 15 pounds. I will continue what I am doing now. Following MFP, working out 5-6 days a week, drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day and praying to God for strength and guidance.

I have been doing it for year and love it. I agree with the others you have to prepared the night before. Try it you will like it!

I log my water. I alternate between water and Crystal like. I also drink the Sparkling I water. When I take my Meds I drink a glass. When I work out and meals two glasses. I keep a cup near me when I am home, in the car and on my desk at work.

As of today, I am down .8. From Thanksgiving to Christmas, down 2.7. Thankful that this year I was part of the group that gained 8 - 10 pounds during the holidays.

I gained 1.3. But like you I think it is due to lake of water and increased sodium. As long as I am back to my before, by this time next week I am fine.

Nothing special. Had a fruit and vegetable smoothie with Pringles for lunch. Have wheat spaghetti with ground turkey. Tomorrow I will be doing a crab imperial and whole string beans and potatoes for dinner.

The fail because the failed to realize that the same steps they did do take it off most of them the must do to keep it off. I eat Pizza about twice a month. As long as you fit in your meal planning, there shouldn't be a problem. In fact, I had Digornio Pizza for lunch today.

It's good to have goals. However, it is more important to focus on changes that can me included as lifestyle changes. . There is no point in setting goals that you cannot .be live with. My goal is to loose another 19 pounds them focus on maintaining.
