I have considered. It for my arms. Also check out some doctors in my area. I have been watching Extreme Wgt loss. They do the surgery after the person has lost over 40% of their Wgt. I have only lost a little over 20. Good luck and congratulations.

I have been doing kick boxing when I was 50 heavier then I am now. You may have to work up to executing some of the moves but Sure you can do it!

There definitely is a difference in ones bones. I had a doctor tell me I wouldn't be small because I had large bones. I have lost 53 pounds. I have set-up MFP to lose 1 pound a week. Without exercise I eat around 1400 a week. When I exercise, I eat between 1500 - 1800. I try to eat only half my exercise calories. I have had moments where I didn't lose for several months. I keep following my plan and then the weight lose would start again.…

I use them on the weekends when I don't go to the gym. Depending on the time I have I do anywhere from 3 to 5 miles. I use leg weights and hand eights. Mostly in the morning but sometimes at night.

Sometimes people don't want you to continue because its an in your face reminder of what they should be doing. They mean well but does not realized it how comes across. Oh yeah! During the week, oatmeal for breakfast. On the weekend, two egg veggie omelet. For snack slightly salted or fewer calorie Pringles.
