Keep doing what you are doing. I went 3 months with out losing. Since then I have lost 10 pounds. I was also questioning what I could do to changes. Even though the scale was not changing I was losing inches and had more energy. Look for change in others ways. Good Luck!

Sometimes your body is thirsty but you think you are hungry. Water is a must. When you feel hungry instead of eating drink some water. If the hunger feeling comes back, then what you initially felt was hunger. If it doesn't, your body needed water.

During the week, I have 1 1/2 cup oat meal with fruit. The weekends two egg vegetable omelette with fruit. I have been told that lunch should be the largest meal. For me, sometimes it is and sometimes it's not.

As long as you fit them in the calorie count you can eat those foods. Make sure you use portion control. Also, if my husband wants French fries, I may eat a baked potato or salad instead. I keep fruit, spinach, yogurt, 100 calorie nuts, lightly salted pringles and fiber one bars in the house.

The lowest size I have ever been is a size 14. My ideal Wgt is 12. I purchased my first 12 dress pants yesterday. Started out ask 14W/16W could wear some 16 dresses. Yelp 12 will be good for me.
