There are tons of things you can make! Bean Salad - beans, veggies, balsamic vinagrette and spices. Veggie Pita Pizza - One Pita, tomatoe sauce, loads of veggies with a little cheese Tacos made with ground round (soy) instead of beef. Same idea goes for chili etc. seafood eater? Salmon cakes

I agree that this is true for women too. When I was heavier my desire was low. Now when I workout I have a go get em attitude, especially post workout. Plus your flexibility improves and your muscles are stronger...for better moves. teehee. Great Post!

I love veggie ground round!! I use it as a meat substitute in tacos, chili, spaghetti sauce, stuffed peppers, layers bean dip. I bet there are so many more ways that I haven't discovered yet. Enjoy!

I have only made it through 15 minutes of this DVD. i had plans later than evening and knew if I finished it I would be in serious pain. It seems incredible. My thighs and chest and definitely the most sore out of everywhere else. I will be completing the DVD next week and let you know then. I am still having a love affair…

I also use Pita or a tortilla for my crust and load tons of veggies on it with minimal cheese! delicious!

A really easy recipe and is delicious and healthy is Salmon Cakes. All you need is to mix bread crumbs, a can of salmon, some spices, green onion and eggs. Moosh them in a bowl with your hands into patties. And fry them in a no fat cookie spray or oil and voila! Easy and delicious!! This is one of my favourites right now

Eggplant parmesan is a favourite of mine! I ate it so much I got sick of it! Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a bowl Cut egg plant Dip slices in egg then crumbs Layer eggplant in baking dish Between each layer add pasta sauce And bake If I remember it correctly I will try to get more details

It is soooooooo much easier maintaining a healthy weight when cutting out meats! Fish still has a lot of good fats so you should do a fish day too! Vegetarian chili is delicious! You can even make it with ground soy.

****! I wanted to quote that and post a reply!! I HATE LABELS!! I used to tell people I was a vegetarian and I would have to explain myself and argue with a ton of people! It got exhausting. I just tell people I am a picky eater now! We all love and respect animals!

Oh My Goodness I wouldn't care get trail mix with chocolate! haha. It might have to stay out of my diet plan because I just can't control myself around the stuff! I try to stay away from too many nuts in them as well. I just didn't get how dried fruit and seeds could be bad for you.

TRAIL MIX!! What is up with trail mix! It has such great healthy stuff in it but it can get up there on the calorie count!!
