Eating the right foods is super important for filling full! Your body burned through processed foods a lot faster than whole foods. I ALWAYS have eggs(Protein) in the morning because it keeps me full longer. Also snacking on fruits keeps your blood sugar up. Bananas and pineapple are super filling and low calorie!

I gained back 15lbs since I stopped calorie counting. I was still exercising but indulging in treats a lot more. Beer after work, pizza dinners, restaurants, and wine! Those little cheats add up!

It's not impossible! You can do it! Personally Jillian Michaels and her DVDs changed my life! Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, Ripped in 30, Shed and Shred etc.. are all amazing! If you aren't the type of person to push yourself just let Jillian do it for you! A lot of those DVD's come with meal plans too!

Toronto has AMAZING restaurants!! and in the winter, I have my Jillian michaels Dvds and when its too cold to go outside, i just stay in and work out! maybe uping my goal to another 10lbs to loose could keep me motivated! good tip!

When I got sick in the winter, just the flu don't worry, I stopped drinking coffee..then I was like that was easy, why go back? I used to drink 2 cups a day, now only green tea. When i drink a coffee now , i am definitely entertaining ahahha

You should check out stores like h & m , target, winners where you can get cheap nice clothes! That's what I did when my old clothes got too big for me, I got a lot of stuff for a reasonable price.

well I stopped eating poorly last Monday and it was only 3 days on being "bad". So if the loss of 2 lbs in a week after... i wonder what that means. Maybe i sped up my metabolism but consuming much more than usual.
