I don't know about the timeline, but yes the body will get used to the workout if kept the same. increase the intensity when things get too easy.

it's the weight in between the weight from MEPS (118) and graduating Basic training (125). I felt the fittest in my life then. I hope to get back there.

I used to run at night when I had a dog, I wouldn't now without one. I ran on the sidewalks with lots of reflective gear, with streetlights to show my path. I wouldn't run in the park ever, scary and might step on slugs ewwww!

Feeding them what they should be eating is the biggest influence you can have on them.

I'm scared of diet pills. As far as low carb, if you're doing that then you'd be high protein and/or high fat, most likely high fat. lose money. I do high protein and low fat and let the carbs fall where they may. I eat packaged meals, not proud of it but I track sodium so I have a balance.
