Make mini goals...weekly goals or even daily goals...I have found the best thing to do for myself when im feeling discouraged is to make attainable short term goals....then celebrate them...because you deserve it...baby steps are still steps and its still a big deal as long as it keeps you heading in the right direction.

yesterday i felt fatigued..did a lighter workout but then today i just had a really hard time pushing just to reach caloric burn from a few days ago...a day off wouldnt kill me during the week but the weekends tend to b a very slippery slope..one day turns into three very quickly :) i tend to injury my self pretty…
