  • squats and pushups! I've done them nearly every other day for 9 years.. and just randomly too, whenever I remember throughout the day. being hourglass is a blessing cause you have a lot of grace when it comes to gaining weight... as long as it doesn't giggle! :D
  • 25 :D just did a search for "twenties" because I find the posts of 50 year olds with 150 lbs to loose hard to relate to. I'm Glad somebody rallied a similar age group together. As for me, I've got 10 lbs to loose and just started the south beach diet (something I'm familiar with) to get over a rampant sugar obsession…
