Amazing transformation! An inbspiratiin for all of us. I will give serous attention to your advice ....The eating is the most important aspect. If you are slacking there, it is going to cripple you. Just stay dedicated and consistent. The change will come! Thanks for sharing!

Not everybody can use food as a reward. Especially if your addicted to your reward. It's like a smoker quitting for a week and rewarding himself with a cigarette at the end of the week. Xampx, had a good idea _ if you use food as a reward it should be occasional (maybe that celebration) and within your calorie goal. Enjoy!

Good idea - steaming the peppers before baking. I like stuffed peppers and my family gives me the nah when I mention them. Maybe i'll get a yah if a fork can cut through the pepper :)
