Woah, I don't have any of Tony Horton's work outs or Power 90 (getting this soon) or P90x. I just went by what Turbo Jam and Slim in 6 told me from Beach Body. Maybe it's because they're not as hard core.

I'm curious about this too! I've been working my abs 6 times a week cuz I heard they recover quickly. All my different Beach Body videos tell me it's safe to do the ab-concentrated work out every day, even on rest days. Can't wait to read what everyone else posts, though!

I'm a chocolate brownie/cupcake lover. I've found Vita Muffin Vita Tops (in your Frozen Breakfast food aisle at grocery stores) in Double Chocolate. I just pop them in the microwave & indulge! They're 100 calories and have 50% of your daily vitamins! They taste almost sinful!

My first starting weight before I found MFP was 264. I remember back then, I'd never tell a soul. In one year with diet and exercise I had gone down to 183! You just may have two pounds of that schtuff lurkin inside! LOL! I know that right when I wake up, I drink a glass of water before ANYTHING! That's usually got my system running sound. And if that fails, morning coffee is the magic evacuater! Hahaha!

...also, remember to try to weigh yourself at the same time every day, prefferably in the morning before any food or beverage has touched your lips, and you should be in your scivies (spelling?) or your birthday suit! I also wait a whole week before checking my weight- also weigh myself every Wednesday like you! ;)

This is gonna get a lil too much in the TMI region, but are you digestively backed up? I heard the intestines can house up to 8 lbs of waste. Are you getting enough fiber?

I was wondering the same thing! I like mine dark and fairly sweet. Growing up on Cuban coffee, it feels sacreligious having coffee without sugar. And artificial sweetners just erk me out! I say if you're counting it in your daily allowance, it should be fine. I guess you gotta ask yourself how important coffee is to you.…
