Hiking burns a ton of calories plus is scenic and educational. Also, do the videos if it gets to hard just walk in place till you catch your breath or feel ready to rejoin. remember no ones watching:)

I cut up a Premier Nutrition Protein bar into 8 pieces. I get them at Sam's club. Then if I feel the need for something sweet, usually once or twice a day, I eat one piece. I "cheat" but not really. :tongue: :happy:
