I get it- I LOVE my Job and workplace but they eat like they have been rescued around here! It could be a freaking pass time.. but I had to learn to say no thanks and be proud of myself when I beat the odds!

Hi- I'm sure you have not gained all that. You would have to eat 3500 extra calories for every pound- WOW! Some may be water and I am 41 nothing works the same anymore. if you have been at 1200 ish calories for sometime you may need to mix it up! I would be happy to be "friends" if you would like.

My spouse is lucky and burns a LOT of his calories off at work. I try not to punish him because I can't have things- it's hard. I find I buy him snacks I don't like. and buy me snacks I do like- popcorn- blue corn chips- anything made by lesser evil!

I use body building .com bpi sport WHEY HD love the chocolate cookie and vanilla carmel- 25 grams protein, 126 calories, 2 grams fat, 1 gram sugar! I also like PROnom 23 vanilla cupcake 29 grams protein, 140 calories, 4 grams fat, 2 grams sugar.

I will say this- if you find GOOD Coach's (like mine) they BUST me when I have bad form, they make me do less weight, they step in front of me to slow me down. They have really shown me I am the only person I need to beat. I am very lucky to have them!

You are kind for the warning- I'm up for listening to all people. I go to my Sports doctors and have been lifting since 2006. I am 41 and all test, xrays, MRI are always fine- I am 1005 joint pain free and I get plenty of rest. I appreciate you taking time to post and I will look in to your points further.

I agree with all the statements made- calories too low! Carbs too low. Try to have 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh and 50 to 60 grams of good fat and 50 to 60 grams of carbs. that's a ball park.

I was confident heavy and I held on to it! I am lucky because I have fabulous support, always have. Easy to be confident when you feel like people will back you! You'll do great- you seem very strong.

This is the age old question- it will get better but once skin is bigger it will only get so small. Tricep work, lotion (daily) and I have seen success with compression sleeves. lots of lotion will reduced stretched skin. Look for one the firms and tightens.

Valid- and thank you for thinking of others health and well being! I am on good terms with my PCP and go for Full workup Phy. every year. I am in good health- no issues or even on the edge of issues! I may give it a go! Hard to pick the two days of suffering!

ok- it's open. I think I am accurate. I have my Macros- I have a great doctor and I go for full Phy every year. I have no health issues, no meds, I take my vitamins and iron- joint guard(I am not young) lol

The not being able to control your carbs craving is maybe your bodys way of telling you that you need the carbs. Are you working out? you really need natural carbs if you are. The bloat can be couple things related to processing the food- you should take probiotics.

use this time to branch out to Yoga, weight lifting, intense stretching. Focus on eating and you may find this helpful to breaking up the running routine.
