I have a muscular tightness issues. I've found that regular cupping followed by consistent exercise helps improve that tightness. My muscles have loosened up nicely in a way that exercise only wasn't working. My recommendation is to try it and decide for yourself.

I have a Blaze. It's cool for some activities but do not work for ALL of my workouts. Now I use my old Fitbit Flex for some workouts and use the Blaze for other general activities.

It really depends on what types of activities you like to do. Wrist HRM work well for some activities but tend not to do as well for water based workouts and some activities involving heavy wrist work. I've been tracking my burns with each class using a heart rate monitor. It really depends on the type of movement but I burn between 275-500 cals with each class. That's me taking brief pauses from time to time. With practice positive I can get this into the 500-600 cal range.
