Hi, I just hit my goal weight and in the last 12 months lost 149lbs! I am adding foods back and just noticed that wheat is causing me extreem gas, and stomach discomfort, could this be because I have not had it for a year? Is there a test that can be done to see if I have a wheat alergy? I am currently eating 1400 calories…

thank you all for your nice words. As far as tips, drink at least half your body weight (in ounces) of water a day, count calories and keep the carbs low so you burn fat! I used Medifast products, and was never hungry (am I allowed to say that?) hope so.
