What about roasting the nuts with some spicy seasoning? Boiled eggs, bits of chicken or bacon. Nakd bars are my go to fruit/nut snack and the choc flavoured ones are lovely.

Find a hobby that gets you out of the house in the evening. It will keep your mind occupied and you wont be near food.

Why not try a couple of scrambled eggs when u get in. Light, high protein and low cal :)

WOW you look great :) I must admit the Paleo pancakes with bacon grease, eggs, coconut flour and coconut cream are way better than the banana ones ;)

I follow mainly Paleo/Primal lifestyle too, I still have to count cals though as gained about 16lb when I started due to eating better food. I was slightly under weight before and as a female paleo will aim to get you to your most healthy in order to reproduce. I didn't appreciate the gain so cal counting it is ;-)

I don't want to sound like an *kitten* coz I don't mean this in a judgemental way, is there not another job you could do that wouldn't affect your disability? Surely if you can lift heavy weights for fun then you must be able to get a job doing something?

I always buy them in a stretch fabric (only way to get them over my massive knees), wear them with trainers, boots, hiking boots, flip flops, whatever - I have short legs and chunky thighs I don't care any more ;-)

Try eating more berries, green veg or salad, they are lower in carbs than banana's, carrots and sweet pots.

I have a coconut milk latte, made with kara coconut milk. Its already sweet so you don't need to add anything, has added vit D and calcium and comes in at approx 67 cals for a 250ml cup.
