What they don't tell you about low carb is that you have to eat high fat for energy. Maybe switch your macros to 25%P/50%F/25%C and load up on healthy fats.

Vodka and soda water (approx 50cals per unit) is always a winner, just eat the meat and salad, no bread to keep the cals down :)

Coconut milk and berry/mango smoothie with ground almonds and cocoa nibs, add in some paleo protein powder if you can get your hands on it. Coconut milk and chia seeds with a little lemon juice and some blueberries. Knock up some 'oatmeal' using ground coconut, almonds and ground flax seeds.
