Yep, be obsessed, just don't go..... If I really crave something I'll think about it for weeks before I give in, then I eat it, feel crud and don't do it again for a few weeks ;)

Canned tuna / Salmon mixed with mashed avocado - yum Cold meat and veggie sticks. Potato salad with bacon.

I used to feel like this when I was on a high carb western diet. Now I eat low(ish) carb, high fat, mid protein and I never feel sick when hungry. Carbs make you crave more carbs :(

Low carb usually accompanies high fat... eat more fat i.e. nuts (oh wait.... you did and then you didn't feel hungry...)

Maybe change to full fat dairy to up the cals and get some good fats in there to help with vital organ functions. That should put you at the 1300 cals recommended and you shouldn't notice to much difference in volume:)

Take a photo of you in shorts and tape it to a mirror.

I have an office job which I have to drive to and class that as sedentary, I log any exercise I do in addition to my 30min lunch time walk. Hope that helps

Just turkey and salt/pepper..... For the tomato sauce put a courgette through a blender and cook it down with a can of tomatoes, a little red wine and which ever herbs/spices you like best.

Depends on how limited your movement is.... Can you still walk, move your arms? Exercise comes in many forms, and long as your moving that's exercise :)

Make up a healthy trail mix for snacking, try to order mainly meat and veg in restaurants, do some body weight exercises/jumping jacks/ jogging on the spot at the side of the road when you take bike breaks. Most importantly... have a great trip :)

I eat paleo (with occasional cheats), definitely worth doing the initial whole 30, you'll feel rubbish for a few days while the nasties leave your system but after that you can feel the change :)

Add some salt to the food you cook..... Also don't panic too much if you go over on vitamins some days, you body processes out what you don't need.
