If you can not accept that the number on the scale is not an indicator of who you are and how your day will go...stay away. If you can recognize it as a number (and make it a realistic one), then I like the scale one time per week to stay on track. Perhaps work with a trainer-so that they can help track your muscle mass…

First, BREATHE! I am pre-TOM, I work out a lot, eat mostly healthy and am a frustrated perimenopausal female due to 5 lbs. We ALL can feel fat and blicky. Are you trcking everything you are eating?
