I highly recommend the Moving Comfort bras. They are all I wear now, whether I'm exercising or not. They are expensive, but WELL worth it. I have a few from a few years ago that are still in excellent shape. Very comfortable, supportive fit...and I don't bounce!

Hi there! It's difficult to offer pointers without knowing what you're eating, how much you're exercising, etc. I can tell you from personal experience I'm rarely hungry...and when I'm hungry I eat something. Feel free to friend me.

Hi there, Long time night shift ICU RN here. Working nights and eating healthy can be a real challenge. I usually get up around 3p, have my coffee and WW English muffin , perhaps an egg or two. During the night I try to eat q4h, going for lighter fare. Cottage cheese with fruit or avocado slices, or plain yogurt with fruit…

A lot of great ideas here. My go to easy meals are PBJ on whole wheat, cottage cheese with avocado ,or yogurt with fruit. I always make a big pot of soup once a week, then throw half in the freezer to use when I'm pushed for time.
