Just give your body some time, it will let loose of the fat when it's ready. Two weeks is nothing. Focus on consistency, keep doing what you know is right, and the weight will come off.

You have worked too darn hard to just give up. One of the most difficult things about loosing weight is *learning how to maintain*. Allow yourself some freedoms, but stick to being honest, continue to log everything, and learn how to maintain. And, by God, get out there and do some exercise! Doesn't matter if you "like" it…

I know you are frustrated....believe me, I've been there. But what you CANNOT do is quit! I kept telling myself, "Just keep doing what you know is right. Healthy foods, counting calories, and moderate exercise." It WILL work. Keep evaluating what you're eating, how you feel, and don't quit!!

Reading your posts have been truly inspirational. When I first joined MFP I started reading the success stories.....yours was one that struck a chord with me. I was 52 years old, 188 pounds, and defeated. I read your story and thought, "If she can do it, so can I"! Six months later, I have lost 21 pounds, 2 dress sizes,…

I would suggest talking to your doc about the stomach cramps and nausea. I really don't think the hypo-t will go away with weight loss. However, weight loss is possible. I've been hypo-t for about 18 years now. You have to give your body a chance to adjust. Just keep eating healthy, get good exercise, and you will be okay.…
