Well, your goal is very ambitious, and I would recommend trying to lose a bit less a week. After looking at your diary, it seems that you're not eating enough on some days. You should AT LEAST eat 1200 calories a day, in order for your body to function. That's a major problem...

Salads are low cal, and you can always buy different ingredients to spice them up! I do though love making turkey wraps. All you need is wheat wraps, turkey, lettuce and mustard. :)

Went there yesterday.... I got the terriyaki shrimp one...don't get it....3,000 sodium and 450 cals. My friend got the under 550 steak. Only 340 calories....mfp has all the stats listed already, so I would just look.

OH! If you like those you should try the Sensible Portion snacks! They have them at Walmart. They have apple cinnamon sticks, potato fry things, as well as a bunch of others! It's only 130 calories for 38 of them!

I've made Italian Hazelnut cookies before, they take a bit of work, but they're pretty yummy and satisfy my sweet tooth.
