I've been in maintenance since May...I'm slowly trying to ween myself off this. But now really I just log what I eat when I get home at night to see if I fell within my goal for the day. Helps me with my calculations.

Not going to lie...I tried it and it was an epic fail.....all the shaking and shaking....and when I thought I finally was going to get it, my baggie decided to leak everywhere. :( There must be some sort of secret to making it that I'm missing...

I would say, don't buy the junk food for her to eat in the house. Change your whole families lifestyles by bringing in different healthy foods and snacks that the whole family can enjoy and try together. Invite a night once a week where you and her get together and try to make a healthy dinner for your family, or for her…

Pft. Those people may just be the kind that don't want to log what they actually ate. Stay strong! I did it and I eat! A lot sometimes!
-
Crepes! I have a current obsession with them. Luckily, I found a healthy whole wheT recipe to get my fix.

Acme and Shoprite have them. I also consistently see them at Wegman's, if there are any by you. You don't even need that flavor for the pizza. They have all different kinds for 90 calories. I like the sundried tomato one for my pizza. :) They all come out great though!

The Apple Straws are my favorite! They also have different chip type ones. I've had barbecue, salted and cheese ones. They're really great when you have a craving for something salty and crunchy. I love the apple straws when I want something sweet!

So reading this, I can totally relate. Last semester while I was losing weight, I was student teaching, and in first grade too! I would say, have all your meals already planned out, so you know what you're eating through out the day. Also, make a workout plan and stick to it. I made sure that I hit the gym every night…

Bah. I feel your pain right now. I'm on vacation in Canada and doing my best at eating healthy and some unhealthy things in smaller portions. My biggest problem is everything is in French, so I can't be my normal picky self at food places. It's killing me.

Here is the REAL question you should be asking yourself. Are you going to follow Weight Watchers for the rest of your life, eating their food and counting their points? Or, are you going to make healthy changes in your life, and watch what you eat?!

healthygreenkitchen.com http://cheaphealthygood.blogspot.com are two others I like that no one has mentioned.

I love strawberries! I have sliced strawberries in my oatmeal for breakfast. I also made strawberry waffles and strawberry pops!

Just grab your favorite nuts, favorite dried fruit, or I just put in some chocolate. :)
-
Just had mine today.... A homemade chocolate chip cookie with walnuts.... Sooooooooooo good.

Try some Pita Pizza! It's my favorite right now. You can use an wrap to make it. I like the flat outs, any light style. Then pour some pizza sauce, and any low-fat cheese of your choice. Stick it in the oven for about 6-8 minutes, and it's great. :)

I have homemade trail mix. It has some walnuts, peanuts, almonds and some chocolate. :) Or, I'll have a berry salad. Strawberries, blueberries and blackberries! I heard blueberries are very good for after a workout.

See if they have grilled chicken over spinach. This one Italian Restaurant by my house has it, and it is delicious.
