  • I had a rough weekend as far as sticking to my goals. However, I still didn't have a gain with my weigh in. Back at it and plan to have an excellent weigh in at 30%. Time to get serious again!
  • I'm super happy! In a week I'm down 3.3 lbs! Goals for today is healthy eating & getting in exercise whenever I can. A full time working mom of 2 kiddos (ages 3 years & 8 months) I find it easier to get in short 10-15 workouts throughout the day whenever I find the extra time.   • Name: Beth State: Missouri Goals: Reach my mini goal of weighing 125 lbs but preferably losing even more than that. How: Healthy eating & logging everything I eat and adding exercise to my daily routine.
  • I'm 5'1" and currently 135 lbs -- I eat approximately 1200 calories a day..somtimes more & sometimes less. I eat a diet of high protein low carbs and I try to keep fat lower too which is hard to do when you cut carbs.
  • My NSV goals: (1) Rock a 2 piece swimsuit next summer when my husband and I goes on a cruise. (2) Complete multiple rounds of the 21 Day Fix (3) Be able to run a 5K without dying!!
