I think 1300 and 700 calories sound pretty high for what you're doing. I guess it depends on which P90X you're doing, and like someone else said, if you're pushing yourself to your max. Haven't tried Turbo Fire but I do Insanity. I don't follow the program or do it everyday, but I've still lost weight. And much faster than going to the gym (and doing cardio/ weights there). I think it depends on what you're doing. You can't expect to do the same workout everyday and keep getting amazing results because your body will get "better" at doing it, so you'll burn less calories.
